- Cancellation Notice Period: Guests are kindly requested to cancel their reservation a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. This requires notifying us of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time on your reservation day.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your reservation, please get in touch with us via phone at +61 3 5885 2831 or email at bookings@berriganmotel.com.au. It is crucial to receive a confirmation of cancellation from us to ensure the proper processing of your request.
- Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within the 48-hour notice period will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay.
In the event of a no-show without any prior cancellation notice, guests will be charged for the entire duration of the stay as originally booked.
- Non-Refundable Policy: Please be aware that the cancellation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
- Early Departures: Should you decide to depart earlier than your scheduled departure date, please inform our front desk staff at your earliest convenience. Early departures will be treated as cancellations, and no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the stay.
- Exceptions: Berrigan Motel may, at its discretion, consider waiving cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and require management approval.
- Third-Party Bookings: If your reservation was made through a third-party service or travel agent, kindly contact them directly for assistance with your cancellation. Cancellation terms may vary based on their policies.
